Edna Vann has a Bachelor of Science, Master of Science and Master of Education from North Carolina Central University.
She is a retired educator with 35 years of experience as a Special Education teacher, School Administrator at the middle and high school level, and Senior Administrator for Special Education Services.
Her skills include facilitation, mediation, parent training, and consultation.
Edna created Parent to School, LLC in June of 2019 to help bridge the gap between parents and school. She aims to inform, educate, support and empower parents to become equal partners with schools and provide them with tools in advocating for their child’s unique educational needs.
The goal is to facilitate working relationships between schools and parents so that students can be more successful within the educational environment.
